Big companies that sell their stocks in the stock market are at the mercy of the common citizens. The bank industry is all about trust, it is so important because if the customer feel betrayed then, they will sell their stocks and never come again. That will lesser their price and subsequently cause many other people to withdraw their investments. That may cause a bank to go into bankruptcy. According to Charles, the real justification for the existence of business is not to make a profit rather, to make something greater with that profit. This week's reading helped me realize how important is my family for me. Sometimes we have to make hard decision because we are fighting for them and working for their future. I took away the importance of setting time apart to spend with them and to play with them. It is important for my children and wife that I set time to talk with them or watch a movie together. There is mini adjustment we can do every day in order to avoid a separation or further problems. There exist subtle situations that can lead to a separation and it is important to avoid them and solve them, so we don't face a divorce or else.  Another thing I liked is trying to balance work and family. That is not simple. Everyone that has tried it knows it is no easy task. The first thing you would need to achieve that is a terrific partner just like Jim said. This week's assignments for really interesting. Learning how to start my business from scratch and getting enough and there's you to start from the bottom was essential for me this week. And loved message given by Elder Oaks and I tried to relate it with this week's assignments. I learned from this address that knowing things is not enough for doing things. Listening to Story from Taylor Richards really helped me to realize and ponder about what I want to do with my life. All the goals I have with my wife. And all the things that we have planned for our lives and our children's lives. Many times I have thought that owning a chocolate store here in my country is not such a good idea, but I'm confident about bringing to the market a new product and innovative ideas. I am sure we will succeed.

Many of us have given some example to someone in something we all know is right, but, not even us follow that advice. Once my brother gave me an advice and said right before telling me that I should try to listen to the advice rather than the person giving it to me. But it is hard to listen to someone that do not follow his or her own advice. I believe that is why the first principle of leadership with small “L” is example. It is easier to preach and follow Jesus teachings because of his examples, at the end everything is follow the example of Jesus Christ. True leadership means getting to know the people working with you and caring about them. It is easier to make people do what you say when you are the one putting hands down to it. When trying to correct someone’s attitude it is easy to lose patient or, without noticing, using vane and profane words, that’s why love is one of the principle. One of the hardest thing to work on this week was choosing an entrepreneur. Trying to come up with the correct name was harder than I have thought of. I started making a list and a brainstorm of ideas to come up with the right choice.  Another good thing this week was reading the Winstor Churchill's quote by Elder Holland. I feel that has to be the energy put on everything I must do. From startups to marriage, from my drawings to chocolates. Putting all the effort you can and all the energy you have is the key to succeed.  These readings helped me realize that I must organize better my life and all the things I do. I need to have a schedule and order when working on the three-main business we want to focus on. All these reading make me feel like I can achieve everything in my life. I liked what the pamphlet taught about asking the people who know me well what I would do better than anyone else. That really made me think about what I should focus my energy on and what ...

My learning curve is pretty much like that one that settles after you have reached a higher point. Then you have to wait until it scales a little more. There have been times when I feel like after reaching a higher point, I take a step back. For every person the learning curve is quite different, it all depends on how you exercise what you are mastering. When looking at other people that have gain success on the things you like, you feel like you were not born for it. It is easy to get discourage when starting. It is well known that the one that reaches the top is the one that endures to the end. What I will put in practice now in my business is hard work and planning. I have to put more practice on what I do. My wife and I have a goal for this year, to own our chocolate store, rent a place and make a living of it. The lack of resources is also a main reason why we have not done it yet. So, we will plan to get better suppliers and try to find those places selling at the lowes...
